This project provided a fantastic opportunity for Nudge to help change and improve the way an organisation worked. Designed to replace a manually intensive, paper-based system Nudge created a bespoke hosted Development and Case Management application in PHP to deliver operational efficiencies by automating many of the case management tasks and processes, such as scheduling jobs, pricing work, book keeping, audit trail creation, assigning tasks and jobs to team members and customer communications.
